christmas cake

烤箱預熱160度C
打發6蛋白+150g sugar
攪拌6蛋黃+ 150g plain flour+ 25g butter+ 50ml milk beaten well to ribbon like
mix batter and whipped egg white then pour into cake tray
bake in oven  180c 20min
cool down to room temperautre then spread whipped cream and lay strawberry on top
